Bringing the shop into the 2000’s, a number of changes have been made to reduce our impact on the environment, such as using biodegradable packaging, three types of recycling bins, using a local farm to supply our potatoes, favouring sustainable fishing grounds, waste oil being converted into fuel, and more recently having solar panels installed.
